When Does the Apex Legends x Cyberpunk Event Run?

The event went live on July 14, 2026, and runs through August 4. The Cyberpunk Collection itself — the store items tied to the event — stays purchasable a little longer, through August 18, even after the Wildcard takeover ends.

What's New: Cyberware Mods and the E-District Takeover

Wildcard's E-District map gets a full Night City makeover for the event's duration, and two new Cyberware mods change how you play inside it: Sandevistan grants quick dashes for faster repositioning, and Blackwall Breach unleashes a destructive EMP that breaks enemy shields and reveals their location. Both carry a Cyberpsychosis risk mechanic tied to their use, adding a real push-your-luck element on top of the usual Wildcard chaos.

All Apex Legends x Cyberpunk Skins

Eight Legend skins are available, themed after Cyberpunk 2077 and Cyberpunk: Edgerunners characters — Lucy for Axle, David for Sparrow, Female V for Lifeline, Male V for Crypto, and Rebecca for Rampart, alongside additional skins for Loba, Ash, and Gibraltar. Worth being clear about: these don't make Cyberpunk characters playable — your existing Legends just wear Cyberpunk-themed outfits.

Eight weapon skins are also part of the collection, covering the Wingman, Charge Rifle, Mastiff, L-STAR, P2020, RE-45, R-301, and Kraber.

The Mythic Skippy Alternator

The headline item is the Skippy Alternator, a Mythic weapon skin based on Cyberpunk 2077's talking smart gun. It carries two personality modes and reacts to how you're actually performing in a match with unique voice lines — a genuinely fun detail rather than just a reskinned weapon.

Eddies and the Reward Shop

Completing event challenges earns Eddies, the event's dedicated currency, which you spend in a rotating Reward Shop for event-exclusive items. Twitch Drops are also active for the event's duration if you'd rather earn rewards by watching along instead of grinding challenges directly.
